Rui

Rui Bahamas offers a nice smaller size resort with nice beach and pool. It is right next to Atlantis that you can get into easily. 4 Restaurants, stand on line about 30 min prior to open, standard food for all inclusive, or always have the buffet dinner. Staff was very nice, pleased with overall vacation.

Great place!

I am very happy we selected Riu Paradise Island. I can’t say enough about this resort. It all started with a friendly check-in. There’s always something to pick on about a stay at an all inclusive. Not here! Everyone was happy they worked there. Accommodations and grounds were great! We will return!

this place needed more reviews so heres one

beach is amazing and beautiful wrll manicured with plenty of chairs. there are a few annoying vendors who come around and ask u multiple times if u wanna buy something. pools are good and warm with not near enough chairs. clean towels provided daily. rooms: decent ocean views from all but brst is ocean front and superior ocean view which are corner rooms. beds are firm and its not noisy. good housekeeping staff all inclusive amenities: lacking . staff at all bars and restaurants act annoyed and put out to serve you even though we tipped the entire trip. restaurants have two times u can eat and its first come first serve and hard to get into. youll eat at buffet most of the time and it was decent but there is such high turnover of tables and staff is so overwhrlmed i got up and had to get my own water most of tthe time or i would not get my coffee til i was already done eating or wouldnt hsve silverware most of my meal. the bartenders were mostly rude . there were three that were polite. u get three heineken beers in ur fridge daily and they wont give u more. room service food is concession stand food. coffee var doesnt open til 10. bars at pool close at 6pm. no service out on the beach and really no servers come around the pool either. overall i would say for the price , its ok but i would probably pay an extra two thousand bucks to stay at baha mar or atlantis and pay for food and drinks for better service

Worst Birthday Trip Ever

Went To RIU Paradise Island To Celebrate My 27th Birthday And Never Regretted A Decision In My Life Like This One. SERVICE: They Are Rude, Period. There Is An Exception Of A Very Few. Rashad And The Morning Manager At The Front Desk. Rashad Especially, Excellent Customer Service And Did Everything With A Genuine Smile. The Fellas Working The Beach Was Pleasant To Deal With As Well. RESORT: The Pictures You See On Here, Is Not What You Are Going To Get. The Pools Are Small And Crowded. The Beach Area As Well Is Veryyyy Crowded After A Certain Time As Well. Some Bartenders Are Horrible At Making Drinks. Room Service Was Rude, I Couldn’t Even Get A Plain Piece Of Cheesecake On My Birthday! DINNER: If I Could It Zero Stars, I Would. Their Dining Policy Are HORRIBLE. You Wait In These Long Lines Just Get Told They Are Booked. Especially The Steakhouse, They Only Serve 80 People A Night But Have A Resort With 100s Of People. It Doesn’t Make Any Sense. You Either Get Downstairs At 4pm And Wait Until 5 For Dinner, Or Be Prepared To Settle For The Buffet Every Night. Which Is Very Mediocre By The Way. DO NOT USE MAJESTIC TOURS, Worst Company Ever. I Booked A Excursion For The Day Of Birthday And Was Mislead By The Agent Julía That I Booked With. We Were Told We Would Be Taking A Boat Tour, Snorkeling, Then Spending Time On A Private Beach. We Get On The Boat, Leave The Dock To Find Out It, It Is Either Snorkeling Or The Beach. Two Other Couples Were Mislead As Well. My Boyfriend And I Didnt Partake In Any Activities And Went Back To The Hotel To Arguing For Our Money Back. We Had Video Proof And Our Ticket To Show We Didnt Partake And Still Had To Argue For Our Full Refund. ( The Manager Had The Nerve To Offer 50%) I Could Continue On But Review Would Be 20 Pages Long But Like I Said Before DO NOT USE MAJESTIC TOURS. RIU Paradise Island And Majestic Tours I Would NOT Recommend To Any One. Be Very Cautious Before Booking This Resort. The RIU Las Americas In Mexico Was 1000000000000x Better Than This One.

What's to Love

No reservations needed at any of the restaurants.

Primo beachfront locale - three miles of satiny sand hugged by luscious, aquamarine water.

The Renova Spa - the massages squeeze the stress right out of your bod.

The rockin' theme nights twice a week - get ready to kick it. Put on your party pants.

Krystal Fusion Restaurant - it's a journey into the unexplored terrain of epic new sensations.

The unfailing, beachtastic service & attention. You'll feel like the beach royalty that you are.

Did we mention this resort has the only infinity pool in all of Nassau/Paradise Island?

What We'd Change

You may not find as many on-site activities like the other mega resorts, but the prime beachfront property makes up for it.

Why You Should Go

There's a hoppin', Vegas-style casino next door - grab sweet Lady Luck and try your hand.

The water sports (jet skis, water skiing & more) will blow you out of the water. Hang on!

You can dive into aahh-mazing excursions like swimming with the dolphins.

Atlantis next door has a great nightclub when you want to get your dance on.

The inventive entertainment staff is off-the-charts creative. They won't disappoint.

You're close to downtown Nassau - see the old quarter, museums, zoo and botanical gardens.

Hotel Description

Riu Palace Paradise Island (Adults-Only): All-Inclusive Bahamas Bonanza

Bahama Mama Mia does this Riu have it all. And then some. Let's start with the dreamy, three-mile stretch of silky sand, where you can chillax, get your drink on (and on - no one's counting) and ignore the world, or hit a game of beach volleyball and burn some calories. And that's just the tip of the beachberg. Toggle between the Jacuzzi at the epic infinity pool and indulge in stress-ousting treatments at the lush spa aka Relaxation Central, or hit the slots next door and hang at the always-festive, hip bars until the sea cows come home. Is that a "yes" we hear? When might we expect you?

It's Time to Get Your Riu On.

DINING

No matter what you call it, everyone of your taste buds will be satisfied with a buffet that has every food under the Caribbean sun, or a delectable Japanese nosh spot. In the mood for gourmet?
